Object of action: The Private Company by the name "Care Direct,is contacting a contest on the website www.mybabywinner.com maintained by Care Direct in accordance with the following terms and conditions of participation, all of which are considered essential:

1. Right of Participation. All permanent residents of Cyprus who have reached the age of 18, pregnant women and parents of baby 0-24 months who accept these terms, have the right to participate in this activation.

Employees of the company CARE DIRECT Ltd are excluded, as well as the employees of the affiliated companies, their spouses, and relatives, first and second degree.

2. Duration of activation. The duration period of the activation is from 01/8/2026 till this day included 1/9/2026 and ending time 15:00 p.m.

3. Specifications for participation. Participants take part in the activation by registering on the competition form at www.mybabywinner.com and accepting all the terms of use, the Data Privacy of www.mybabywinner.com and the access to their personal information required for the purpose of this activation.

4. How to Participate in this activation. Participants must fill in their personal details (Name, email address, Mobile Phone, date of birth and Area) in order to take part in the draw. Each candidate is entitled to one entry only. You can find the terms of use (Data Privacy) in www.mybabywinner.com regarding the management of your personal data.

5. Winners. The number of winners will vary depending on the gifts available. Available gifts will be posted monthly on the mybabywinner.com page.
